Busy Summer
0Wow, what a couple of weeks. The past two weekends we have spent in Nashville, which is an awesome city, we will definitely visit a few more times in the future. Sean’s girlfriend Kaitlyne and her sister Breanna were visiting from North Carolina and Nashville was the half way exchange point. They had a fun week in St. Louis and were awesome guests, we already miss them. We combined picking them up with a family reunion on Tammy Coates side of the family. This coming weekend is Jean and my 21st Anniversary and we plan on doing something, but not sure what at this point….we are out of money with all this traveling and two kids getting braces in the past week….more pictures coming soon.
Back From North Myrtle Beach
0We are back from North Myrtle Beach (Cherry Grove) vacation. Lots of fun and relaxation….
We left St. Louis and stayed in Nashville Thursday night and downtown Myrtle Beach Friday night. Then at the condo for a week in Cherry Grove as far North on Ocean Blvd as you can go. The condos were Oceanview Villas and were awesome.
Used my new GPS – Garmin Nüvi 760. Not sure how I lived without a GPS till now. Made the trip a lot more enjoyable.
Pictures…tons of pictures. Here are some. These have been scaled down from 3264×2448 to 800×600. So if you want a full resolution one, e-mail me. I’ll add some more details of the vacation soon and details of whos who to the pictures. My kids and friends kids are the subject of most of the pictures…and they are all hopefully G or PG at worst. If you want a picture removed, please let me know….
With spring here updates are slowing down for the summer…
0Sorry, no new updates lately. I do have some new pictures that I need to post soon and my brother-in-law’s (Andy) 40th birthday celebration is next weekend (should have good pictures from that one)…If you frequent this site and ever want to talk, the best place to find me is at B. Donovan’s in Chesterfield on Friday night with friends. My wife is going to see Wilco tonight at the Pageant…Jean’s friend’s husband is the brother of the lead singer…then why didn’t I get a ticket……
What else- kids are out of school in about a week and we are going to Myrtle Beach (this is our Condo and view) in June. This is as far North as you can go in Myrtle Beach. If anyone has ideas for fun things to do in Myrtle let me know. This is our second year in a row going, but we just hanged out and relaxed most of the time at the condo.
Nothing new to pass on from the family, except my sister, Diane, is now working at Victoria’s secret…I should get some free underwear out of it!
